Alastair Hignell

A former England rugby international and first class cricketer with Gloucestershire, Alastair was a top all round sportsman. A BBC Radio 5 Live journalist, Alastair was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1999. Alastair's continued efforts to live an uninhibited life is testament to his strength of character.
