Nick Duncombe

NEC Harlequins and England scrum half, Nick Duncombe was also a star of the England 7's team. Nick had the most promising of careers ahead of him, having already represented England in the Six Nations championship. Tragically, at the age of 21, Nick died due to a rare form of blood poisoning in February 2003.

The PRA Benevolent Fund made a donation in memory of Nick to the Nick Duncombe Memorial Fund which his parents set up.
