PRA Player Development Programme

The PRA Player Development Programme is a holistic programme of support that looks to provide individual guidance and advice for all the personal and professional needs of PRA members during their playing careers, and to better prepare members for life after rugby.
The Player Development Programme is totally focused to give the highest standard of skilled support to PRA Members, helping them achieve their goals both on and off the field, during their rugby career and immediately following their retirement from the elite level.

Development of Business ideas
Business Mentoring
Networking skills
Basic budgeting
Improving IT skills
Time management skills
Dealing with player agents & managers

Transitional support (injury and relocation etc.)
Planning for retirement
CV writing, job searching & interview skills
Currently there are four Player Development Managers working within all 12 Guinness Premiership Clubs. Each PDM has a considerable amount of experience to deliver Player Development support and is keen to help individual PRA members achieve their goals.
