Tim returned to the UK after spending several years in New Zealand. For the last four years he has been working for the Chiefs Super 12 Franchise as part of the NZRU’s professional development programme. There he provided players with off field support in a number of areas which include career, education, work, finance, insurance and a range of other personal development activities. Throughout his career with well known organisations such as Deloitte and British Airways, Tim has gained useful knowledge of human resource management, training, personal development and recruitment.
Tim joined the PRA in September 2005 as Player Development Manager supporting the players in the Northern region of the Premiership. There he will provide guidance to players in careers, education, work and assist them in achieving their personal lifestyle goals. Tim took over as head of the programme in January 2007.
