Jason Reilly - Player Development Manager

Coming out of Australia to study for his Masters in Education at Cambridge University, Jason retired from rugby after the 2002 Varsity Match and looked to continue within the teaching profession. English and History trained within secondary schools, Jason continued to work in the UK after his graduation, until he took up the full time post of Player Development Manager with the PRA in June 2004.

A former NSW Super 12 front row, Jason joined to facilitate the delivery of the UK Sport Performance Lifestyle (Career Education) programme into the 12 Premiership Clubs. This progamme requires Jason to build relationships with all stakeholders to achieve a performance enhancing sport/life balance for the players. Further duties include the coordination of the additional PRA Player Development Managers across regional boundaries. Jason currently looks after London and Midland clubs.
